Slate...Help

So i called Discover to see if i could get a line increase, the system said they would need a HP so i declined.

I then just applied for Slate...Filled out my BT info and got approved. However my limit is only $600...i need about 2400 for the complete transfer. Im wondering if there is anything i can do? Like can i recon the limit before the card arrives? Generally another HP right? How good is Chase recons on limits?

It's doubtful they will give you that much higher if they didn't approve you with something comparable from the get-go.  Yes, it will be another HP with no guarantee that you may get what you expect.  YEMV.

I agree with Fin. You could, however, move some of your limit over from your CSP or Freedom to the Slate.

Re: Slate...Help

Well i did try recon and the EO and no luck. I am moving some of my csp to slate to cover the bt and then moving it back.

Not suprised by the outcome.  But as -NewGuy- had mentioned, the CL reallocation is your best option.
