I also had her notated to please review EX or TU because I was currently in a dispute with EQ and I was recently increased on my Spark account and they did the same thing.
We shall see!
currently at $1000 on my Quicksilver from 2011 I believe
have $1250 on Sony opened earlier this year (credit steps from $750 and says can't be incrased)
$2000 on Spark opened last year. (increased from $750 through EO 2 months ago.
so yeah you can see the credit lines don't make sense based on how long I have had accounts!
I sent an email to the EO and still haven't heard anything from them. It's been about 3-4 days now.

LOL you mise well since you have the # .. I also believe they state if you have concerns in the future feel free to call the EO back.
They called my DW about 2 weeks after her email asking for WMC upgrade on her card.
Seems they are getting really busy nowadays, with everyone reaching out to them
Keep your expectations low- they are a bunch of really nice people in Salt Lake at the EO but the answer is still mostly "no"!
"No" CLI
"No" GW for your single 30 day late payment from 4 years ago.
"No" waiving the annual fee.
They say it really nicely, but it's still "no".
Hope your luck is 100% better than mine!

It would say that is rare.
From what I have heard they are at least good with waiving off AF or give some sort of increase.
Few things I've noticed with my recent dealings with Cap 1... The denial from the online luv button always provided an EQ FICO with it and on my last attempt it didn't. I always call the EO directly after I get my denial and this time they took my info and instead of calling me a few days later with a decision I was told that once the EO made a decision I would get a letter in the mail.
I'll just wait it out and see if I get a call from them. If not then oh well I'm not going to lose sleep since I'm on the fence about keep my Cap1 cards.
