Suggested Order for CC App Spree

I'm making a suggestion for same-day cc applications for a friend, in the following order: Amex Cash Magnet, Synchrony PayPal MC, BOA Cash Rewards, and lastly, Discover iT. Does anyone think this order of applications should be modified? I appreciate any opinions on this.

Are they a current AMEX cardholder? I only ask because if so the CM app would more than likely be a SP, then the second lender you apply to wouldn't see that if you used it as the first. That's what I did when I apped BCP and Freedom back to back. Neither lender saw an inq from the other because I chose to do the BCP first.
