Survey For CSP Approval Odds

Been gardening for ~8 months. At 4/24 so I need for my next card to be a Sapphire card.

As I've never had a preapproved offer in my dashboard I wanted to survey the veterans here to get a general sense of my odds.

No BKs, no lates, no balances beyond $15-$20/month for AZEO, >1% untilization, 4/24 - 2/12 - 0/6, FICO8s are currently 739, 742, 745, $100K, AoOA-16 months, AAoA-11 months [will be 12-13 when I apply], Chase checking and savings and CFF [will be 10 months when I apply].

Thanks.

You didn't list what your other cards and limits are but, the Sapphire preferred will probably be easier to obtain. It generally has a minimum  SL of $5k and being your Fico 8s are all 720+ is another plus. Just my opinion but I would recommend you wait until your AAoA is past the 1 year mark though (and may be the reason you're not seeing pre-approvals). Other than that, I think your approval odds on this card are pretty solid.

The Reserve generally has better approval odds when scores are 750+ and the means to qualify for a minimum SL of $10k.

I'd go for it AS LONG AS YOUR CURRENT CREDIT CARD LIMITS are between 5-10K all combined.

CSP isn't that hard to get in all honesty. if you've got 100k income, a year or two AAOA and at least a 680 FICO, you're good to go.
