Can all of synchrony cards get lower apr over time with good use? I know I've read about people getting low apr with PayPal MasterCard, but can cards like the Amazon prime store card eventually drop the apr? I'm a pay in full type of person but in the case of an emergency which we all can't prepare for is the only reason I care about the apr. I'm fine with it starting at 26 but I'd like to eventually get it down.
Synchrony is a lot like Chase on APR reduction. Not really done.
Chase sometimes offers by invite, but haven't seen Synchrony really do something like that.

Sync can do by invite or more appropriately , they tell you its lowered. I was lowered to 12.99% on my PPMC

Probably better off playing the lottery
Store cards are very very unlikely to see APR reductions. Everyone has the same ridiculous APR on them.

Not Me
#SynchFREE
If your Synch card has multi-tiered APRs depending on credit worthiness, then there is a SMALL chance you can get a reduction. However, most of Synch accounts have a singular APR rate
Good luck
