I too would like to know the current CL of the card in question.  It's a big difference if we're talking a current $1500 limit or a current $5000 limit, for example.

$10k is hard ceiling to break through.

I have $10k and no real estate loan so the reason is nonsense.

The current CL is 10k .! Guess it's hard to break that .!

My account was approximately 4 years old when it was approved for a CLI from 10k to $20k. I do not have an RE loan. I had 2-3 unsuccessful attempts before I was approved. I called via backdoor the day before Prime Day (pre-COVID/pandemic). I think the same day I tried to get a CLI on the Sync PPMC and was denied. It's no rhyme and reason with Sync...
