I just tried to get some LUV from Synchrony bank after three months on my Sam's Club Master card and got the instant 7- 10 days message. Has anyone receive this message before?

That is a denial unfortunately.

+1
That's definitely a denial. ![]()
If your TU is in good shape, you can call Credit Solutions... that's actually what I did to get my last Sam's Club MC CLI.
Also, using the 'button' you can only try roughly every four months, so you might have been auto-denied due to that. In any case, Credit Solutions doesn't have that constraint, so if that's the issue a call to them will bypass the problem altogether.
Keep in mind that CLIs are very much driven by your TU score with Synchrony... the better your TU, the higher your CLI will be.
Thank everybody for the response. I was using the botton because my last CLI was three months ago. My Transunion is in Mid- 700 according to CCT with no baddies. So sholud i call credit solution now or wait for the letter?

There's no reason to wait... here's the number I've called: 877-379-8173.
Both times I called this number it went to an overseas call center (I think) but I was successful both times. Also, remember that they will counteroffer if they're unable to give you what you ask for, so there's no harm in aiming high.
That being said, with a TU in the mid-700s you should be able to get whatever you want. Once I made the mid-700s back in May I called them for my Sam's Club MC and Lowe's, and requested $20k on each and it was granted - no counter necessary. Many people say to shoot for $25k, but I preferred $20k for some reason... LOL ![]()
It would be irresponsible of me to not at least mention that some people have had issues with Synchrony lately freezing accounts, but as long as you've not opened multiple accounts with them lately or added AUs you should be fine. I got both of my 'big' CLIs with them right before all the issues started being reported, and my accounts are still fine.
Let us know how it goes! ![]()
Edited to add: Note that I specified that the number I used went to the overseas call center since there is at least one other number for Credit Solutions that is said to ring into a U.S. based call center. The feedback on the overseas number is extremely positive, and many people even prefer it, which is why I used it myself. That being said, some people prefer the other number, and in theory you should get the same results from either. ![]()
Wow!!!! thanks for the tip. I just called credit solution and requested CLI for $20,000, put me hold for three minutes, then BAM!!! approved, what a day. This forum rocks. I was at $6,800 when i requested the CLI.
