SL for Synchrony February 2019 was $2,400, CLI request in early May for $3,500 was instantly approved. I waited for the next statement to clear and I always pay in full and on time.
I shot for the stars and asked for $11k (just over 3x) via website and got a denial 7-10 day message. I’ve read that most people ask for CLI via phone. Is it worth calling, or is there no point since I already got an instant denial?

No harm in calling Credit Solutions. They usually pull a fresh report , if they say no, give it a few months and try again. No harm no foul

Called the overseas number and was denied. Oh well, back to the garden I guess
Will do! I was hoping to at least get a counter offer of any amount. The CLI to $3,500 in May was an instant approval which had me thinking I left an additional CLI amount on the table.
