Synchrony CLI Request Or New App First?

I currently have one Synchrony account. It is a Care Credit account opened in Dec 2020. I charged about

$6K on it and will pay it off soon. I'd like to ask for a CLI and also am interested in a Lowes account. Should I 

ask for the Care Credit CLI first or app the Lowes card first or does it matter?

I would just be careful with mixing CLI's and new apps. with SYNC.

There is a whole thread of many "AA" reasons not to.

It doesn't matter. As for the warnings, people were being shut down when they neared $100k in open credit after asking for an increase or apping for a new card. With one card, you have nothing to worry about.

I would say first do whichever matters more to you, then the other.
