That is rather strange... at least it all worked out well in the end!
Be sure to give the 'button' a try in four months for Belk... I've been able to get nice increases the last few times via the web site (the last time it went from $3.4k to $5k) and it seems to work every four months with my Synchrony accounts (at least for the store cards).
