I would like to Thank all those that realize Shared Knowledge is Power. I have learned alot here and benefitted from the teachings in this group and other groups. I started 2021 with a FICO of 485, one low limit Capital One CC and two store cards with one being low limit and started 2022 with 705 FICO, 15 new credit cards from $300 to $13.9k totally over $80k credit cards to include a business CC as well. I maintain a 3 percent balance across all except one used exclusively for this past holiday period but will quick pay that one down this month.
I agree this forum is amazing. That Indigo card hurts my eyes
I know right but at 485 FICO I wanted to start some where.
Congratulations! I started 2021 just like you but ended it with way less than you 😂😂😂. I'm still happy tho, went from $500 on one card to $22000. Building these in 2022 is gonna be great.
Congratulations on your successes!! 🥂🎉🍾
Wow! That's a heckuva year! Congratulations on improving your credit situation so much, so fast!
When i first came here earlier in the year i only had store cards and high interest and fees low cl cards which i already closed. My last 3 cards were savor one 3k, penfed pcr 7.5k, and nfcu cash rewards 3700 .
I never even heard of these cards of cu's like nfcu or penfed until i came here. People on this forum are so easy to share their knowledge and some post their failures or successes to help others.
Congratulations, @CABinTN! That's quite the credit score climb and great new cards!
Pretty sweet year for you, congratulations!
Yes, these forums have helped many people. The access I have now to all forms of credit is largely due to the great myFICO gang!
Cheers!
