So in my example, if my calculations are correct, would be March 3rd 2013?

Thanks to this handy guide, I was able to get my 3x CLI today. My initial CL was $2500 and I was just approved for $7500 making this my first CL over $5k!

 If your first statement has not been cut then your calculations are right. 

Account open date = Jan 1.

Completetion of 60 days is on March 2nd (30+28+2), so March 3rd is correct.
