Yes, thank you again for all the people that have contributed to this AMEX forum. Today was my 62nd day since activation and asked for an increase from my starting amount of $6000 to $18000 and was approved instantly on the website.
Thank you!!!
so let me see if i got this right? I called AMEX and they told me the day of account opening was March 30th. Since that month has 31 days i count 1 day for that month, right?..then April has 30 days so 30+1= 31...May has 31 days so May 30th will be my 61st day which will make me eligible right?
March 30th-April 30= 31 days
May 1st-30th = 30 days
will add up to 61 days May 30th.
That is correct. I am planning to add this time and date calculator to OP which makes all the significant milestones available with simple clicks. I don't know why it hadn't occured to me earlier
http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html
For 1st eligible CLI date, enter 61 in Days
For 1st eligible date after a denial, enter 91 Days
For "6 month CLI" enter 181 Days etc

I tried on day 60 last week with my Costco Amex and was given the "We'll reply in 7-10 days" message. I was advised by the board to try again on Sunday/Monday of this week for the 3x CLI and was given the same message.
Any advice on what's going on in my situation?
I got tired of the "Systems are updating" message, and did it the old fashioned way... On the phone...
It was all automated, took only a couple minutes, and instantly approved!
