Do the 61 day rule only apply to specifically the card that is new?

I got approved for both a Delta Gold and SPG on the same day in March. I would guess this means that later on this month, I would have to pick one of those specifically?

My wife got a CLI of $10k last week on her SPG but just got a BCP today. Does that mean she will have to wait 61 days for the BCP or 180 days from the CLI she got last week for the BCP?

In a similar situation. 

Got the BlueCash Preferred and didnt do the 61 day CLI instead did the 6 month one on Feb 8 (2k to 5k) 

Got approved for a SPG Preferred Card (5k) on March 15. With the 61 day timeline fast approaching will I be able to request a CLI on it? 

Have a big purchase lined up to really capatalize on the spend requiement and SPG points!

I received an auto CLI on 2/10/16 from $3k to $7k on my Delta Gold Amex. Do I still have to wait 6 months before requesting a 3X CLI? Thanks.

No.  Auto CLIs are not user requested so they don't reset the clock.  You just need to wait 6 months adfter any CLI you requested and was approved.

With the Costco Amex coming to an end, does anyone know how to transfer my credit limit from that card to my BCP?

Does that mean she will have to wait 61 days for the BCP or 180 days from the CLI she got last week for the BCP? - she will have to wait the 180 days from when she received the CLI on the BCP to ask for a CLI on either the SPG or another one on the BCP.  The timetable rules applies across all cards.
