!!!very happy it went from $2k to $6k...my question though is;has anyone gotten another increase like same day;I guess the question is did I max out with 3x increase....it's that feeling of maybe I should have ask for more ;lol;
You can only do one increase per 181 dyas, even on the same day. I've tried. When I increased my SkyMiles I tried the ED too with no dice.

You can only do a CLI with AMEX every 180 days regardless of the number of cards you have with them, so if you have two cards, you can only do a CLI on one, not both.
I'm glad I read this. I thought you could do the 3x CLI on every new card, I got 2 at the same tie and was watiing so now after this I will know which card to try first lol thanks!
Is there any sort of data out there on how the 61+ day CLI compares to the following one (241+ days from account origination) 180 days after? With the first CLI potentially yielding a 3X increase, I'm sort of assuming the following CLI 6 months later would be significantly less but would like to hear from anyone that has had experience with both.
For example, I don't think someone that gets a 3X CLI at 61+ days that takes their SL from $5k to $15k would ever have a chance at $45k 6 months later... that would be pretty ridiculous! I would anticipate there being some kind of balance... that is if the first CLI is big (3X CLI) then the second perhaps is smaller... or conversely if the first CLI is small, perhaps the second "could" produce a 3X CLI? Any data points out there from Amex cardholders on this?
