I called the recon number and thats exactly what they said. I got a measly 4100 increase (total 14100). On the flipside I got approved for plat . Going to try again after 181 days hopefully they'll be more generous
March 13 was my 181 day mark since my last 3X, so this morning I pull the trigger on another 3X and got an immediate bump 6k>18k!!
WoooHooo!!!!
I thought they would counter me like they did when I got the 6k, but they went ahead and gave the full 3X!!
Now... Whatever am I going to do with an 18k limit?

Nothing like a 12K CLI... Congratz!!! Hoping I can some day get out of this $500 starting limit hole and chase some of u guys...
It takes patience... Time... Responsibility... 3 years ago, I couldn't get a loan to buy a candy bar, now I'm sitting on 43k just waiting patiently to be used...
Should I ask for my 2nd CLI and bump it from $6000 to $15000with my credit scores in the 690's.
1 120 day late that's 6.2 years old
Total utilization is 5% with one card that's in the 30's% which I plan to switch over to 0% APR card so I can have a much lower single card uti.
My AAOA is 2.3 years and oldest account is 14 years old.
My income is $38,000
My total credit is $39,400 between 8 cards and highest card with $11,000 which is my Cap One Venture card.

A 41% increase is not measly. Often people get 10%-25%. I get it in the 3X CLI thread everyone wants to see huge numbers, but your CLI wasn't bad by any means.

Two things. One, why do you still have a 120 day late on your credit report if it's 8 years old? It should have been gone at 7 years and if it's still there I'd be making calls to get it removed immediately if I were you. Second, is the comma in the wrong spot or did you simply add an extra zero on your income? I'm guessing $38,000, not $380,000 but you never know!
