ONE MORE QUESTION...LOL... Do you think I should wait a whole other statement so they look at this one which is great? That would put me at like 75 days before first CLI. Thoughts? Also, If I get denied, how long until I can app for CLI again? Thx

I think you're over thinking it, just pull the trigger at 61, if you get denied just try it again after another 91 days, it's no big deal.

3X CLI denial outright seems to be less common than at least a counter offer.  If you don't get the full 3X CLI, there's more than a good chance that you see a 1.5X-2X counter offer rather than nothing at all.

I think 7-10 denials happen when you have major derogs, carrying high balance/UTI, approved with a low bucketed limit or when you hit your internal limit. I was denied 2 straight times on my now closed BCP ($15k) because I had total of $45k across 3 different cards, I was counter offered $700 on the third try when I asked for 2x CLI of $30k.

I got nothing at 61 with SUB spend, $300 at 91 barely using it, and 6 mo later more than 2x CLI (groceries) to take me over $30k. So it's truly YMMV.

When you got the 2X CLI was it auto- CLI or you app'ed thru website?  After 1st denial, you waited 6mnths purposely?  Thanks.

21 days, but that's because 61 days only apply to the first new card and BCP was my 3rd card, 21 days was exactly 181 days after my BCE 2xCLI of 10k-20k, I then waited 91 days each for my 2nd and 3rd request on the BCP.
