Congrats! Your SP approval has been added. Dont know about CLI's and the SCT. I've never dealt with Comenity.

Wait for the card to arrive, set up online account access, and then hit the button. Many of us have had success with CLIs once we set up our accounts online.

Me too.....cause it's Overstock, for me anyway.  Go to some of their other sites, like Wayfair, to see if you're considered for the SCT popup.  "PopUp" is the option window to accept their offer for either/or Store Card (mc and visa versions if available) during checkout.  Once you are at the pymt option and IF you qualify up pops the CONGRATS! message and offer.  You may accept or decline at that point.
