quite contrary, I LOVE CHASE. however, i established a history with them before opening them as my first cc. OP you may want to look elsewhere for now, amex BCE with the 3x cli in the near future may be a good prospect. But chase will be worthwhile. just be patient and endure the credit game. they will give sooner than later, now just isnt the time.
I thought I was the only one who had to make multiple payments each month. The payments are like in the thousands. I need a higher credit line.
I just got the Amex blue cash card, I can't wait until 60 days to ask for an increase because then I will no longer have to use Chase and keep paying it every other week!

It is so frustrating!!!! Even the 'supervisor' I talked to yesterday said she can't increase my Freedom but she could open another card with a $3,000 limit? The Southwest card is a perfect card for me to use with work since I usually use a company Southwest card to book flights through Southwest. I will use this one now. The hotels I book can be put on this for double points. But - for personal use I think I will garden a little while than open another chase card that I have no interest in and than transfer the cl onto the Freedom card.
I do like the Freedom 5% categories a little bit more than the Discover ones. I can use earn enough points for a free airline ticket about every 3 months.
