goto

https://d.comenity.net/totalrewardsvisa/public/Home.xhtml

and register there or sign-up and say you don't have account number and see if it can locate you.  What I did and worked for me when I got that message I was approved.  Obviously it still could be a denial or verification, but worth a shot.

Also hopefull you had EQ/EX neither froozen as they do a HP on one and a SP other other.. I happened to get the HP on Exp and SP on Eq.

Re: Total Rewards Visa

Thanks ! It did not find an account , I have 1 comenity card that is 18 years old. Probably a denial, I know this is a tough card to get , I have 27% util and 5 recently opened Chase cards.

Re: Total Rewards Visa

So I called the Recon # this morning and the CSR said it is neither approved nor denied and still in process. I called the total rewards visa # this evening and got the same response .,,,,,,

Which usually translates into waiting for the letter and see what the outcome is (i.e. declined or further verification).

On the rebound I see? Smiley Wink    Much better product in the long term (IMO) compared to Comenity's Total Rewards.

Re: Total Rewards Visa

Nothing yet.,,,,,,, and correction to my previous post on the United Club, 15k not 16. Hoping Comenity will send an address verification , I know my EQ report has the wrong address as primary, I tried to fix it many times but really haven't had any issues. Thinking this might mean verification....
