My capital one charge off was unpaid and never attempted to pay it.
midland funding took over and it went to collections. Then midland funding filed a judgement against me after we settled this out of court.
so , I had midland funding collection removed
judgements removed from EX & TU but remains on EQ which is in dispute now.
Still have have my law suit filed against Midland Funding. They have postponed and switched courts 3 different times now and tying to kill time
ur isn't a good look for them. I'm just waiting to win my case. They're run in cus they are in the wrong and they know it..
