U.S. Bank Smartly Visa - No Joy

I think the 2 opened account in the last 12 months....or the 2/12 recent inquiries for my LLC credit card approvals did me in.  

I applied Sunday...went pending...still pending according to CSRs as of this evening.  But I think they never tell you NO via the auto-attendant or CSRs...make you wait for the 'Dr John' letter in the mail. I was hoping my past year with the Cash + and scores would get me in.  Bummer....

pulled Equifax...in FL.

If you speak to a rep they will tell you it is denied or not.

Next time I highly recommend applying through a rep and not on the website. Also their preapprovals are rock solid, you can request a preapproval prior to going through with the full app. Not sure if its avail on the website yet for Smartly but you can do so through a rep.

@CreditCuriosity Thanks for the advice.  I did speak with a rep via the app status number and they said it was still processing...maybe there is still hope.

Well you can knock me over with a feather....I got an approval email this evening.

Not sure of APR though...but I PIF monthly.

wow..so glad it worked out.  This will easily replace my BoA card rewards at 2.62 percent.
