Only you can prevent forest fires...I mean, only you can answer that one man, largely depends on how much you'll use the mobile wallet payment and the opportunity cost of doing so (ie comparing to a 2% cash back card)
Thanks, Smokey...
I think I'll end up going for this card, regardless. I'm just hoping in the next couple years mobile payments become even more widespread and/or they add more perks to the card. I'd rather a smaller travel credit and more usable perks, personally.
Where are you getting Wi-Fi passes? These are GoGo in-flight Wi-Fi correct?
With AMEX Gold and CSR, it becomes difficult to justify AR, because there are not many other spend opportunities those two do not cover with more valuable points.
It has been pretty easy for me. I got the card in October and I have used over half on Lyfts (holiday parties). It is a great card if you have enough places to use mobile wallet, or a samsung phone.
I would be interested in that answer as well.
I was all set to cancel the Altitude Reserve until I realized that FlexPerks Travel Visa did away with the gogoair passes. I see that as a huge devaluation of the card and won’t be renewing it. I went through all 24 passes offered through USB last year.

Did you get approved? I'll probably apply for this car too after two months when I will be on 0/6.
What is this 0/6 rule you are referring to ?
I dont think the Altitude has a rule like that ?
