FYI an update on my end, I did not get the 5K or any increase. But at least I have my foot in the door and will get this to grow one way or another.

I'll give you my good news in hopes the positive vibes roll your way. I just got the email that I was approved for the Cash+ card. Don't know the terms, yet. But I'll call tomorrow and figure it out. Hoping thats a good sign for you, as well!!
