2 things.... since you're on your work computer with VNC installed using W7 it must be a slow day.

UPDATE: I called in to USbank,to unsecure ACC# my CC# is now changed!!!! HAPPY DANCE!!!!! 
So as it said earlier in the thread I applied for this card almost a month ago, I haven't bothered to call or mess with them because I figured it was a no go. I have been logging in almost daily to check... just in case... and FINALLY today there it was, the card appeared online! I must have been approved, no email or card yet but I have been approved. There is no CL though so I'll have to wait and see what that is, it does say I got the Visa Signature not the platinum so I'm happy.
