Ah ha! It was my ad blocker plugin that was blogging the pre-approval banner! All 3 cards I'm interested in now have pre-approvals (3 different banks.) This was the one I thought there was no-pre approval. Thank you! Now I can lessen my chances of getting an unecessary hard pull.

Yeah I can't get it to work either. Tried in two separate browsers. Logged out, logged in, no cards showing anything about a prequal.

I was able to call in and ask about the limit/apr for the smartly pre-approval app I did, and they told me $10k/lowest apr and that's what I ended up getting on my triple cash full app, so it seems like a very reliable tool when it's around
