Unable to find Merrill+ app

Did the Merrill+ Visa app get taken offline?  I am searching online but I can't find it anywhere.

How do y'all find out the status of a submitted application? Seems the standard BOA link doesn't find the submission.

The standard application status page for me did show the Merrill application even if it updated much later than the actual approval.

Application status did show mine after I applied and as can be seen in approval section it updated today to approved and card has yet to show online.  I have definitelu heard of others having issues seeing the application on the online application status or delay in seeing it there even after approval being showing in review/progress.
