United MP Explorer "Offer Ends 7/16/18" - What does that mean?

I've recently been targeted by United for their 60,000 miles/No AF for 1st year bonus.  However, the email, and targeted United home page offer, state: "Offer ends 7/16/18."

So I'm confused.  Does "Offer ends 7/16/18" mean the offer ends at 11:59pm on 7/15/18 (tonight) or that it ends at 11:59pm on 7/16/18 (tomorrow night)?  I paid off my cards last month, and the last one has reported to EQ and EX, but not to TU (UTIL from 25%  to 1% BUT without the card reporting to TU I'm still at 25% for them).  The bump on EQ and EX was 15 points and as my scores are borderline anyway, I don't want to pull the trigger until I'm in the absolute best shape possible.

I've spoken to three differnt CSR's at both Chase and United, but, true to form, they won't provide a definitive answer regarding what "Offer ends on 7/16/18" actually means - so I'm turning to the professionals...

My first gut instinct tells me it would end at 11:59pm on the 16th. I could be wrong though....lets see what others say.

Tomorrow what time anyone guess on time zone..  99% chance they wont pull TU with that being said for that card.. Chae is primary an EQ/Exp puller with occasional TU pulls on their core cards be CSP/Freedom/Slate through pre-qual site is usually what i have seen

FWIW as a DP: Chase has always pulled TU & EX, never EQ, when I've applied, including last year when I app'd for the MP Explorer card. I'm in Illinois.

Wanted to provide an update:

DP1: Clicked-through email offer invite - Bonus Offer still available this morning (7/16/18).

DP2: Logged-in to my account on United - Bonus Offer still available.

Both offers still say "Offer ends 7/16/18"

Chase is known to pull EX most of the times. With the 60k miles, looks like that offer might be just for you. Generally it offers 40k bonus miles plus a $100 statement credit. Might be worth the pull today. Also, there's always recon if you are not satisfied with the starting limit although there is no guarantee that it would be successful. But 20k miles more seems like a good deal. Good Luck!! if you go ahead with apping for it.

OP, typically, any limited time offers with an end date would usually expire by midnight in the timezone you're in.

I wouldn't put it off until 11:59pm if I were you just in case the website is down for maintenance or any other issues that could potentially arise when submitting your application. Granted, if you miss the boat, the offer will return at some point again.

All that worrying for nothing - App'd and was denied for previous derog relationship with bank.  Apparently from a WaMu card I had closed in 2010 that I owed a balance on. Ugggg.

In other news, the Offers (both 50K miles, $100 SC, $0 1st year AF & 60K miles, $0 1st year AF) are now extened until 8/16/2018. HA!
