Could you have possibly mucked up your zip code by accident? Nvm that doesn't make sense..

IDK that sounds like a computer error to me..

I would call them & follow up.

Re: Us Bank say what??!!

USB Products usually are NOT available to people who do not live in their foot print or already a customer. I wouldn't qualify for a USB acct of any type living in Florida. However, I opened my original acct when I lived in Ohio. So, I can get their products from out of state now.

I’ve never heard that before. I assumed USB was nationwide. I’m in CO and have one of their cards.

Re: Us Bank say what??!!

I don't have their definition of footprint but as mentioned above their core cards are seemingly off limits if you do not have a branch in your state.  A person could certainly live in a state with no branches but still could be a very close drive to another state with a branch.  I don't know if an application would take this into account since I can't find their definition of footprint.

I have read in other forums that cobranded cards are available to all, regardless of state.  Whether there is any truth to what I have read, I don't know.  The OP applied from Texas, with no available branches in Texas, and was denied.  For data purposes, it would be interesting to know if you have been approved outside of these guidelines and what card(s) you have.
