Venmo CLI

Has anyone managed to get a CLI on their Venmo card. I asked at the 3 month mark via chat, because there is no button, and was told not enough experience at current limit. I'm just shy of 6 months now and wondered if it may be possible at that point.

You can try after 6 months.  Otherwise, you'd likely receive the same outcome.  What is the current limit and are you cycling or using a good portion of your CL?

My cl is a horrible $250 but I run as much as I can through, about 1k a month making multiple payments to make sure a $0 balance reports when my statement cuts.

I'd recommend reaching out to the Credit Solutions folks around the 6-month mark and see whether that yields anything.  If you were approved for $250 (while it's better than a denial), that means you barely cleared the limbo stick with SYNCB on this particular card.

My utilization was high at the time but I've paid everything down so now it's about 3% and my scores are in the 685-690 range. I would never have applied except everytime I opened the app it was telling me I was invited to apply. I use venmo quite a bit so I'm sure that was a factor in the invitation I just didn't expect such a low cl. Even with a 250cl I've still managed to earn some good cash back in the last 6 months.
