Succes! Sort of I guess
I applied for the Arrival+, I was denied at first, then I called the analyst and they were able to transfer $1000 from my Apple card to a new Arrival+. I decided on that only because I'm getting a new Macbook so I want to take advantage of the financing. CL remains the same but I can make it grow over time so that's great, plus the Apple card I rarely use because it's only good if you want something from Apple.
