Venture One

So Capital One I currently have QS with 500$ limit - most likely bucket card. I got this when my credit was pretty damaged. Credit has improved a lot and scores around 700 on all three bureaus. I am afraid to pull the trigger for another $500 card. Anyone have any insight?

Re: Venture One

From my experience and others on the forum here Capital One seems to give better SL on the second card. My original Quicksilver (Pcd to Venture) started and sits to this day at $1000, My second app for the Savor1 SL $15k.  I'm not saying that's a definite outcome but it's my experience.

Re: Venture One

Same link shows savor one, QS regular and Venture One - no bonus offers on either cards.
but Venture One shows ability to transfer balance and request checks if wanted

There won't be a SUB if you take the PC.
SUBs are for new cards- this holds true for any issuer.

You would have to apply and take the HPx3 to find out.

What are you looking for with your next card?

Wait so if you already have cap one you can't get any subs?

You can get subs on NEW applications for any CapOne card just not if you product change from one card to another.

Re: Venture One

Also note that some banks will limit the number of SUBs by timeframe or by product.

* For instance, AMEX limits one per card.

Barclays is one per 24 months.

Wells Fargo used to limit a SUB to every 15 months or so.

The issuer will specify in the terms and conditions @Taz_bobby ...
