Today is exactly 2 weeks and nothing in the mail! I called today and they said that I have to wait on letter in mail that will have instructions that I will need to follow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As Comenity typically won't release any decision over the phone, you would need to wait for the letter to determine the outcome of the application.  If further verification is required, the information will be on the letter.  Otherwise, if declined, it should provide the reasons.
