Virgin America - comenity

I applied on April 1st. I called back door number and was told application is still in process. Said no decision has been made. I had 7 inquiries on EQ at the time of this application. My question to you all who went through this before, what was your experience with comenity after the dreaded 7-10 day pending message. How long was it before you knew something? What were your results and stats? It's going to be a long weekend.

Re: Virgin America - comenity

I don't have much knowledge of Comenity since my only trade line from them was an instant approval.   Since then I cannot even get the shopping cart to work.   I can live with it though,

Good luck and I hope it's an approval of at least 10K for you.

Re: Virgin America - comenity

Thanks but I'm thinking denial work the 7 inquiries and AAOA 1.8years. If I somehow get approved, I doubt it'll be anywhere near 10,000.

Re: Virgin America - comenity

Some people just keep trying to create an online account through Comenity.net/virginamerica (or whatever the direct link is).  7-10 day has always been a denial for me but a lot of people get a letter that they need to verify you.

It might just be verification then. I really had to push the backdoor people to even give me the time of day without the magical letter in my hands.

I remain hopeful, but won't be shocked with a denial.  Thanks for the encouragement.

What do you mean by "account/backdoor app.. got the letter popup"? Are you saying you did the shopping cart trick? What are your stats?
