WF prequal question

Every time I use it, they say that my report is frozen.  Right now all 3 reports are open for business but I still get the message. Does WF try any of the Lexus reports?

Tried a different computer and different browser.  Still says reports are locked

Been getting the same message 

I did have my credit bureau locked, but it did unlock it and for the past day I've been getting the same message
