CONGRATS on the approval!!!!!

I know it sucks that they did the old switcheroo but you already paid the 3 hp's so might as well take the card and use it. its a great card especially the 3 pct cb on dining and groceries. redemtion of the cb is quick and easy. i have cashed out twice this year and had a check in my mailbox in 3 days. if you pif the interest rate is moot.

what sl did they give you?

Not ideal...but the account is now open and will likely begin reporting immediately.

Re: WTH cap one...!! Ugh

Oh! So it was just a pre-approval? Then I say no need, especially when you got Citi for 12K

Congrats on Citi 👍👍

No it was no pre-approval. It was card approval w credit pull. May be I should have accepted the offer for full apr but I didn't

No. Basically it said I am not approved for savior one with intro Apr but they can offer same card with full apr. And after I rejected got email w this

unfortunately we were unable to approve your application at this time. We know you’re disappointed. To help you understand why, we’ve explained the reason for this decision in a letter or email that you’ll receive within 10 days.

Can I call back and talk to UW..any chances?

perhaps they were spooked by your current utlization?

Unfortunate they weren't able to offer the no APR offer they offered you in the prequal. I doubt they'll be able to reserve the rejection now that you've declined it, you'll have to apply again. Perhaps if you clean up any outstanding utlilzartion before applying again, you'll get the 0 APR offer next time.

Cap1 extends the olive branch to more people and offers them a chance when others wouldn't and in exchange they treat you less like a person and cut costs with support. It's nothing personal, just their business model.
