What card should I apply for?

I have been building my credit for a while and I have a 715 from Transunion and 702 from Equifax. I have been looking into capital one but don't know if there's any other good cards to get or ones I will have a good chance of being approved for. I think I've had 2 denials within the past 12 months. Let me know your thoughts! Currently I have a discover it card with $2,000 limit and 20% utilization, along with a car loan ($18,000) and student loans ($5,000).

Re: What card should I apply for?

More information (AAoA, derogs, etc) might get you more responses.
Better question, what card have you seen that you think you'd get long term use out of? Find info on that card

Re: What card should I apply for?

Having Discover and loans you have already established your credit profile and with your current score, you should be able to get any card that you want.

I would say get AMEX like BCE and another MC/Visa card, but take your time to see what would best benefit you the most.

You are doing great already so don't rush to app spree just because you can get approved.

>5/2025 All 3 reports 845 - 850(F8) F9s = all 850 but my app finger is still twitching

Re: What card should I apply for?

My scores are lower than yours with some derogs and I use my QS as my main card and I also really like my AMEX BCP for the 6% back on groceries.

Starting Scores: September 2015 minus 500 across the board
Current Scores: October 2017 EQ: 715 TU: 710 EX: 716
In My Wallet:
Cap1 QS: $4.8K - AMEX BCP: $4.2K - Old Navy Visa: $7K - Nordstrom $3.8K - VS $500 (FTW!)
BofA AU: $12K AMEX AU: $25K
Business: AMEX BCP $15K

When you say you have a 715 and a 702, where are those scores from?
