Today I got preapproval mail for citi TY preferred , cvs and american eagle discount coupons citi keep sending me the same every week!!!

DW got freedom and CSP  and she dont want any more cards!

Haha. No he isn't robin thicke, but he just got back this morning after a week with no access to food water and electricity. He said it was like walking around on the walking dead, and he had to loot abandoned condos for supplies all week,  he  said he was lucky that he caught an emergency evac plane out of Mexico City  yesterday because tensions with the locals verses the tourists were strained and it was about to get real.

Got my new DCU debit card in the mail!

Somehow, someway (likely due to not using the card since I activated it in Jan 2013), it deactivated and I wound up hopping to different partner ATMs with no luck. I eventually chatted with them to let them know nothing was working, and that's when they told me.

Ah. Thanks for the waste of time XD But at least I had a few partner CU's in the area, one of which I already bank at, to take out some cash to transfer to the my Discover checking for bills for the rest of the month. Hopefully from now on all I have to do is pop into my local 7-11 for whenever I need cash.

Lets see,

I got a chase freedom offer in the mail today

I also got a  US airways dividend miles offer as well. BUT that isnt going to get used. screw AFs!

Now the weird thing is chase. I already have the chase saphire( non preferd card) BUT they then sent me an offer for a saphire perferred card and a freedom card. Are they trying to get me to upgrade my saphire? They gave me a 10k limit on my saphire card when I got approved last month so I think im getting some love here.

Should I app for the freedom? I kinda dont need anymore cards, but the invite code has me locked in at 18.99% rather than the standard 22 the site offers me without a code. I always PIF so the rates dont matter to me, but the lower rate is making me feel good. What I am not happy out is that its 3% higher than the saphire card I have now lol.

I wouldn't app for the Freedom for the bolded reason and 18.99 whether you care about the rates or not isn't good. I wouldn't do it for that. Do it for a sign up bonus or something not the rate.
