Discover Cards sending me offers in the mail again. Kinda feel encouraged by the news.
I got my shiny red Macy's card today... finally!

I just got 3.9% cash advance/balance transfer checks in the mail on my Barclays NFL Rewards VISA. I've never received them before, maybe because I've always carried a balance on it up until recently.

Do you ask every 6 months via chat for APR reduction? I currently have the lowest APR for that reason. Also, when you get to lowest then they start offering like 1.99% APR promotional rate for like 6 months. Or 0% sometimes.
