Nope--that's kind of a catch-all in my experience. You'd have something that says they have 'pre-selected offers' (or something like that) for a 'pre-approval'... That said, you'd have to be 'opted in' for that to happen.

No it just means they didn't find anything that meeting "their" criteria for you, it doesn't necessarily mean you aren't qualifid for one of their cards.

I have a QS1 and a secured card, too. I got the QS1 recently, after qualifying through that system. If I check now, nada... You never know with them!
