When can I apply for 3rd Amex card?

Today I was approved for Green charger and BCE, and thinking about getting 2nd charger - PRG. When is it safe to test my luck with that card? thank you

Yes, you can I acquired 3 Amex cards in April 2015 in this sequence...

App'd for PRG then BCE immediately after both instant approval, 1 hard pull.

Then I wanted the AmexEveryday card and app'd but had to wait 5 days (per CSR), then Amex hard pulled EX again and I was instantly approved.

Wait 5 business days before applying for the third card!

So you applied and they held it for 5 days before pulling and giving you a decision? Did they ask you to call when you applied because of the other two apps?

Amex states if you apply for two revolvers, the apps have to be at least 5 days apart because both apps need to pull a report. This does not hold true if one app is a revolver and the other is a charge. When I app' for my everyday and approved, I app' for the delta right away. During this time I was approved for US Airways so I was able to cancel my delta app because it was on hold for that 5 day rule.

How does your credit profile look like?

6 months of history, 2 months AAoA, 9 cards and around 20 enqs on each CB lol. Scores around 700)

Why o why did you apply for the green card if you want the PRG?  PRG is a much better card and you certainly don't need both of them
