When to apply for 2nd nfcu card/cloc

So I was approved for the NFCU cashRewards about a week ago for $1,000 @ 15.65%. Im wondering how long I should wait to app for another card from them/NavCheck

$15,000  if they don't give you all of it they will counter with what they will give you.

Me too, they gave me 3 to 5 day review for Cloc then denied me. next time I will try asking for less
