I've had 7 different AmEx cards at various times between 2010 and now, and all of them have been solely EX pulls. I'm not sure how they determine when to pull a different bureau, but 7/7 EX is quite conclusive to me.
Are they inquiry sensitive? I am not going to apply for anymore credit and focus on gardening and to shoot for an amex card. I have a bunch of inquiries. I have a bunch of new credit as well. My score is going up weekly so I know I will be at the minimum I need to get approved which I heard is above 660? Is that correct?

If you have 90 EX inquiries you need to garden a long time before you apply for Amex or any other credit card

I noticed that you have 2 Car loans. Are most of your inquiries related to the 2 car loans?
Yes! I have 90 inquries on my Experian. I have purchased 3 cars in last 11 months. By the end of the year, I will only have 77 inquires and 27 will be older than a year. Out of the 77 remaining, 24 were from buying the 3 cars.
