Which CU's Besides Navy/Penfed For Generous CL's and Potential Growth?

I am looking to add a new CU application. Who besides Navy and Penfed offers the most generous starting CL's and 

offer growth potential?

Current DP's are no collections, two CO's from 2015 scores in the 670-700 range. Scores dropped about 20 points recently 

when an installment loan was paid off and a new account reported. 3-4 inquiries and 5/24.

PSECU has been stellar for me with low income. Those with higher income may benefit even more.
