I currently have a cap1 platinum ($300), a cap1 quicksilver ($1,000) a walmart store card ($500) and an Amazon store card ($600). My EQ and TU FICO is currently at 620. I've been denied by Discover, Chase and Barclay. Is there anyone else worth trying? I'd really like to broaden my available credit just a little more.
credit union?
Believe it or not, for me it has been Cap1 and then Chase and then NFCU.
I haven't tried my credit union. Chase turned me down and I can't apply with NFCU because I have no military association. I already tried.

BOA has been kind to me too if that is an option for you.
Bank of America has been the nicest to me, maybe because I have 2 retirement, 5 checking, 4 savings, 2 brokerage, and 2 business accounts with them. Total credit of $100K across 4 cards with Bank of America on 0% APR cards. Not bad! I'd recommend going to the bank which you already have relationships with. They will naturally be able to trust you more.

What about Amex? They have the 3x CLI for you to raise your limit quickly..
AMEX is too restrictive, and I am naturally skeptical of CLIs with AMEX.
You will need to improve your credit profile in order to be looking at truly generous CL's.
+1
OP you have two Capital One cards, how long have you had those? You probably are best served by using those, paying on time, and letting your payment history boost your FICO scores naturally. Three denials are the banks telling you that you need more credit history. You are set up to do that, just keep working at it.
Good luck!
