I wanta apply for the Chase Safire and Discover it but am wondering for those who have done a credit app. with them recently from which bureau do they pull? My best score is experian, then equifax, and transunion last.
Chase pulled both Experian and TU for me. (I applied and was approved in February). Like you, Experian was my highest and TU my lowest.
Discover pulls TU exclusively (at least on the west coast). Chase you never know .. but mostly both EQ and TU.
Discover is usually known for EQ but will pull TU for some... Chase is all over the board with usually two pulls of recently.. What two can be anyones guess.. Pre-Qual it will usaually be TU or TU and another one..
I've never had Discover pull EQ for me .. all throughout the years it's always beenTU. Where are you located?

In Nashville, but most commonly it is EQ.. Yes it varies where you live to some extent.. Can check credit pulls db and see what recent pulls have been... probably 80% EQ 20% TU... Just #'s im pulling out of thin air, but probably somewhat close.... TU for HP cli requests, but gotta be crazy to ask for one of those for $500 from them, especially with the SP CLI's they have been giving away every what 3 weeks lately.. Don't have a Discover just keep up with it is all
Chase is always EX in my experience and once in a while will pull a TU also but I have not had that happen on my cards.
Discover leans towards EQ in my experience but it can and will pull from any of the 3 (but only 1)
Discover TU
Chase EX
in my state (FL)
Just FYI for recent anecdotal experience. I applied and was approved for a Chase Sapphire Preferred on Monday and they used Equifax. I know because they told me to update my phone number with Equifax before they finished the approval.
