for me Discover pulled EQ with an OR address and Chase double pulled for all 3 cards on EX and EQ. Only Barclays and US Bank were TU pullers for me
I'm in the NYC area and when I applied for My Discover card they only pulled Ex for me.

I'm in NY and Discover only pulled EQ, Chase pulled TU and EX (Freedom, Marriott and Southwest)
im in North jersey NYC suburb they pull EQ for me
I'm approved for Chase and Discover a few days ago - Chase pulled TU & EX, Discover - EQ (NJ).

I'm on the west coast, and Discover pulled EQ.
Oh, and Chase pulled both EQ and EX both times I apped.
Both pulled EQ and TU for me in Georgia (06-4-15).
What I find odd is if a company like Discover offers a Fico score, then it's offering the score from just one CRA. Thus you would think that it would also just pull from the same CRA for an application. They buy the report each month for each customer's statement, and then they should get a break each time they pull a report from the same CRa for a new application.
What FICO score does Discover offer?
I got the CSP about 3 weeks ago and they pulled TU and EX for me here in NY.
