Will AMEX do a SP on my Personal credit card app, when I only have a Biz account with them?

I understand that AMEX mostly does soft pulls (SP) when exsisting customers apply for a new card.  My question is, does AMEX do a SP to business card customers who apply for a personal card?   ALso, if a business customer applies for a new business card does that happen as a SP too?

AFAIK it's a YES to both.

Just look for "pre-approved" = SP / / "expand your membership" = HP
