Simmons, and Iberia.....drop trausers, grab ankles, prepare for microscope......
We can always count on your comic relief around here!!
On a side note. Looks like they've been scooping up some smaller banks over the last few years and even have a pending merger in the works currently.

Maybe they're tyring to bulk up a bit and switching from a Quality over Quantity approach in the next few years to compete for a bigger share of swipe fees.
A tough nut to crack. Toughest UW on the planet. No Baddies is a must. Give it some more time
Smallfries, tell me how I am whining?

Show off!
LMAO! HOLY! 2 pages and I just logged in .. some of it is funny like the baller posts
anyways thanks for all info. just saved me an INQ hit.
hey baller, what if you get pre approval from simmon banks would you app?

@Anonymous wrote:Every time I enter my information at Cardmatch.com I am pre-approved for the Simmons cards. To be honest, I am not impressed with their cards. I would use a Solid Waste Authorities Visa with a great APR before I would even try to obtain one of these. The banks who are hardest to get loans from only care about themselves. You have hundreds of other sources out there to meet your needs.
It's called marketing. Everyone is matched with Simmons, First Premier, and probably Chase/Cap1....
You know your scores have hit rock bottom when First Premier doesn't even appear as a match for you, Lol.
For the record, I'm NOT entertaining the idea of inviting First Premier into my life, I just find it funny that they seem to be keeping their distance from me now. ![]()
Take a look at the Barclay Ring Master Card. Underwriting is less restrictive and the card has better terms for a basically no rewards card. Simmons and Iberia generally issue lower credit limits with virtually no rewards and the underwriting is probably the toughest for any card issuer. There are other options out there and Simmons/Iberia don't like baddies.
I agree with Dinosaur. Might suit your needs just as well. Worth a look.
I personally am aiming for a 2020 Crystal Infinite/Marukai combo. City National Bank is close to my apartment and I will have them as well as Marukai when my last baddies fall. 3.25 years left before I strike for some difficult cards.
