chase slate 7-10 day response

I applied last night for the slate and got the 7-10 day response. I called the basic number into chase to check the status on the automated system and its saying there is still no decision made. Does anyone have a suggestion of who to call maybe the eo office or something I can do.

Call this number and say that you are calling about your application and wanted to know what more information they needed for an approval.

I just did this but call  888-338-2586.  After saying I was checking. They transferred me to verification.   Ask me to fax drivers license.

Thanks for the advice. But I was turned down do to a settlement with premier cc from 2008 and a paid collection from 2013
